Terms of Sales

Orders must be paid in advance before dispatching the goods. The payments are made by bank transference. The average time between the transfer and the delivery of the payment is about 2 days within Europe. In order to avoid delays to the customer Euroengines will require a copy of the transfer in order to dispatch the goods. This copy must be sent by the customer through fax or email before the goods are dispatched.

Once the order is placed and the goods are already dispatched it can’t be canceled without penalization. If the customer decides to cancel any order all the expenses related to the transport and management could be charged.

In case of damage for transport reasons the company transport would face the expenses of the damages. The customer must mention within the company transport dispatch note and take pictures of the damage parts if necessary. The insurance company paperwork takes an average of one month for replying.

In case of guarantee (*up to one year from the invoice date) Euroengines procedure will be the following:

If the engine or part has not been fixed in the car, Euroengines will collect the part, ship it back to the supplier and replace the faulty part by another with the same characteristics, with the shipping costs free of expenses (supplier responsibility). In case of not availability, the money would be giving back as a credit note. The average time for processing the credit note is about one week once the faulty item arrives to the supplier’s installations.
If the engine or spare part has been fixed in the car. The extra labor cost related to the assembling and dissembling won’t be charged to Euroengines. Customer must face these charges. Once the item has been dissembled Euroengines will proceed as point number 1.
In some cases when the engine or part has been fixed in the car and it’s faulty, only with the previous authorization of Euroengines the faulty engine or part can be dismantled in order to evaluate the damage and reparation costs. If Euroengines agrees about the reparation expenses quotation, part of it could be settled by Euroengines. An invoice from the workshop could be requested.
